CampusEd Return Policy

Orders placed directly with CampusEd: To receive a full refund for a product purchased at CampusEd and/or a monthly/annual subscription purchased from CampusEd, you must contact us within the 30-day trial period for the subscription product purchased (“Trial Period”) or 30 days from the initial purchase or renewal. This policy applies solely to purchases and renewals of subscription plans purchased directly from CampusEd. This policy does not apply to any other products, services or offerings. Examples of offerings to which the policy does not apply include, but are not limited to, consulting services, employer subscriptions, recruiting services, membership or similar fees.

Visit to contact us and request a refund. Select your preferred contact option and provide your order information to help us identify your order and issue your refund.

Orders placed with a CampusEd partner: For subdomains aligned with individual organizations/colleges/university partners associated with CampusEd (“CampusEd Partner”), our return policy aligns with that of the organization. The length of the Refund/Return interval parallels that of the CampusEd Partner or 30 days, whichever is longer.

If the Refund/Return Interval has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange on your eLearning purchase nor any ebooks / textbooks associated with the product. To be eligible for a refund/return, your request must be made within Refund/Return interval of the original purchase and the time you have made use of the eLearning content or “time in content” must not exceed 10 total hours. For any textbooks purchased as part of your eLearning product, textbooks returned must be unused and in the same condition that they were received. Textbooks must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned after the Refund/Return Interval from delivery.

Subscription orders for CampusEd placed directly with CampusEd online are processed immediately and can only be canceled by contacting CampusEd. If you decide you no longer wish to use or retain access to the platform or services to which you've subscribed, you must contact us to request cancellation within 30 days of the original purchase (“Trial Period”) to receive a refund. See the information for Requesting a Refund.

Canceling Automatic Renewal

Your CampusEd subscription automatically renews when your contract expires to ensure you have continuous access to the CampusEd platform and related services. You will be charged for a new subscription term on the renewal date listed in your CampusEd Account.

You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time before your renewal date by visiting your CampusEd account or contacting CampusEd Customer Service. You will retain access to the platform and related services until the renewal date but will not be automatically charged for a new term. Access to your software and services will end on your subscription renewal date.
